Fraud Protection
Turning your German American Bank Check Card "ON" and "OFF" helps safeguard against fraud. Additionally, fraud alerts received through the app allow you to take action as soon as potential fraud hits your card.
When your card is “OFF” no withdrawals or purchases will be approved, except for previously scheduled recurring transactions.
When your card is “ON” only transactions within your specified preferences will be processed.
Fraud Alerts: Receive and respond to notifications through the Card Control app as soon as potential fraud hits your card.
Transaction controls allow your check card to only work in specific location or geographic areas to add an additional layer of protection.
