eStatement Enrollment
Receive paperless statements via Online Banking and our Mobile Banking App while you help save our precious resources. eStatements are a safe, convenient and FREE option that allows you to view, print and download your account statements within our secure Online Banking website.
ONLINE BANKING ENROLLMENT STEPS:
1. Log in to Online Banking. If you are new to Online Banking, click the button provided to enroll in Online Banking.
2. Click the "eStatements" tan in the red menu bar.
3. Open and read the Online Statement Disclosure, and then click “Continue.”
4. Click “Manage Paperless Settings” to expand your account list.
5. Select the accounts you would like to have enrolled in eStatements by placing a check mark within the box next to the account, and click “Save.”
MOBILE BANKING APP ENROLLMENT STEPS:
1. Open the German American Mobile Banking App. If you haven’t already downloaded our app, search for “German American Mobile Banking” in your smart phone’s app store and download the app.
2. Click the "eStatements" tab found under the “More” menu.
3. Open and read the Online Statement Disclosure, and then click “Continue.”
4. Click “Manage Paperless Settings” to expand your account list, and select the accounts you would like to have enrolled in eStatements by placing a check mark within the box next to the account. Click “Save.”
Please allow up to 2 business days for your selected account(s) to be enrolled for eStatements. Once your accounts have completed the enrollment process, you can access your eStatement information by clicking on the "eStatements" tab found in the main menu bar within Online Banking and under the "More" menu with our Mobile Banking App.
NOTE: If your account(s) has already been enabled for eStatements, no action is necessary and you do not need to complete the form again.
