Scott is a graduate of Western Kentucky University where he earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance. He has worked in banking since 1992, when he started as a part-time teller. Scott serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Franklin-Simpson Ambulance Service. In his free time, he enjoys playing golf and attending his children's sporting events.
